Return your item(s) with the invoice, specifying the nature of the repair. For safety reasons, send your item(s) for repair only by post. The shipping costs of the item are at your expense.

To protect your product during shipping, place it carefully in its original packaging (do not use paper envelope). The costs and risks of transport having to be paid by the sender, we remind you that your articles can only be returned by registered mail or by sending value declared as part of the supply of the universal postal service, in accordance with Regulations.

A free estimate can be sent to you by reception of your article. You will then have a period of one month from its date of issue to return it with your agreement. A 20% deposit may be requested. The work will be done after receipt of the agreed estimate within the time specified on the estimate, and your article will be returned to your address, at our expense, if the intervention is not doable or in case of refusal of your choice. In case of repair performed outside the guarantee, the costs of returning the item(s) will be at your expense.

Our interventions are guaranteed one year (parts and labor) within the limit of normal use.

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of signing the service quote to retract you.

In case of withdrawal within this period, we will refund the 20% deposit, at the latest 14 days after the receipt of your decision, with the same payment method. The costs of returning the item will be at our expense.

If a repair is carried out at your request before the expiry of the statutory period of withdrawal, you will have to pay the amount corresponding to the service provided until you have notified your decision to withdraw. This amount is proportionate to the total price of the service agreed in the quotation.
